The Blodgett Combi BC-20E is a combination oven/steamer. The BC-20E combi oven/steamer has a roll-in configuration. The Blodgett Combi BC-20E is provided with a roll-in transport cart. The standard TC-14 transport cart with the Blodgett BC-20E holds 14 full-size sheet pans. The BC-20E combi oven/steamer has an electric energy system. 480V, 3PH. The Blodgett BC-20E 480 VAC configuration draws 74 amp. The Blodgett BC-20E 480 VAC configuration is rated 61 kW in the Power Supply table. The BC-20E combi oven/steamer has a boiler-based steam system. The standard control provides steam, hot air, combined steam/hot air, cool down, Vario Steam® and a steam-on-demand feature. The oven has a two-speed fan. Fully welded stainless steel frame.
