Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have a control temperature setting range of 200°F to 550°F. HDG-18. The HDG-18 griddle model is listed for propane gas. The HDG-18 and HDG-18-M griddles are 18 in (457 mm) wide. Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have “Insta-on” thermostatic controls. The griddle plate is polished rolled steel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. The griddle plate is fully welded and includes side splash guards and a grease drawer. Each 12-inch burner on Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models has a gas input rating of 30,000 BTU. The HDG griddles must be installed under a vented hood.
