KELT-25 … kettle models have a tilting-kettle configuration. The KELT-25 kettle has a capacity of 25 gallons (95 liters). The Southbend Steam KELT-20, KELT-25, KELT-30, KELT-40, KELT-60, KELT-80, and KELT-100 kettle models use electric operation. The KELT-25 kettle has 12 kW available as standard. voltage: 208. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The kettle is self-generating; its jacket enclosure contains distilled water and is factory sealed. The Southbend KELT kettle's steam jacket surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. The kettle is constructed with all-welded #4-finish stainless steel, type 304. KELT-25 … kettle models tilt through a full 90°.
