The X*PERT™ Series Thermo Drawer is the perfect complement to roller grills. Thermo drawers hold hot food products for up to six hours without sacrificing the quality and appearance of the products. With the ability hold products longer, you will reduce waste by moving product from the roller grill to the thermo drawer. SPTU-50. The radiant heating system ensures even heat distributions so all products remain at a consistent temperature. The control system is easy to use, simply set the timer to a specified time and the unit will go into Heat Mode and then automatically enter Hold Mode when the timer hits zero.
