The KELS Full Jacket Electric Steam Tri-Leg Kettle's listed electrical operation options are rated 50/60 Hz. KELS-20F. The KELS-20F kettle capacity is 20 gallons (76 liters). The KELS kettle is specified for 1-phase operation at 208 VAC. For the KELS kettle's 208 VAC, 1-phase option, the listed power limitation is 12 to 18 kW only. The KELS-20F has standard available electrical capacity of 18 kW. The 18 kW, 1-phase KELS-F-SB configuration draws 86.5 A per line at 208 V. The controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve and low water shut off. material grade: 316 stainless steel. Construction shall be all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304. The KELS kettle is standard with a 2-inch (50 mm) sanitary draw-off valve. The cover specified as a KELS kettle convenience feature is standard equipment.
