The PSE-2-SB is a counter convection steamer with an electric steam generator. The PSE-2-SB is an electric counter portion steamer with auto fill and auto drain. The PSE-2-SB has two compartments. Each PSE-2-SB compartment holds one 1/3-size pan that is 2.5 inches deep. The steam generator is specified for 3 Phase power in the 240 VAC configuration. The unit is field convertible to single phase for the starred 240 VAC configuration. The control housing is stainless steel and has a full-access removable panel; its controls include an illuminated three-way power switch (On/Off/De-lime), pilot ready lights, pilot cook lights, and an electric timer with an audible alarm at the end of the cooking cycle. The unit is constructed of satin-finish 304 stainless steel with a two-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners. The standard features include a water treatment system.
