Imperial® Spec Series IHR-4-1HT-EW-M is a 36-inch-wide modular heavy-duty countertop electric range with four wafer burners and one hot top section, built for commercial indoor kitchens. It runs on 208V, 3-phase power at 18.0 kW/55 amps, needs a dedicated circuit, and uses a compact footprint with 6-inch side clearances, 8-inch rear clearance, and 20-inch top clearance; the unit does not include a base, though legs, a stand, or casters are available. The four thermostatic wafer plates feature sealed heating elements, infinite heat controls, a 650°F max temperature, and a large stainless landing ledge, making it suited to high-volume line cooking and a wide range of menu items where fast, flexible surface heat is needed.
