Southbend Platinum Sectional P32N-XX_NG is a 32-inch modular gas sectional range with four open-top Signature Pyromax burners, rated at 180,000 BTU total, so it fits the high-output open-burner line rather than a compact countertop unit. It runs on natural gas only, is 32" W x 37.5" D x 13.5" H, and is designed to mount on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base; the stainless steel front/sides/rear/exterior bottom, fully insulated burner box, removable welded steel grates, removable drip tray, and 9-1/4" front rail are the key build and layout points. It suits high-volume commercial prep and can be batched into a custom battery with other Platinum Series sectional equipment; clearances are 13" left/right and 6" rear, and professional installation is required.
