Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range is a heavy-duty commercial unit for high-volume kitchens, with a 294,000 BTU propane setup and a 60" footprint. It combines (3) front star/sauté burners, (3) rear 33K burners, a 24" left-side charbroiler, and a convection oven base with 3 racks, 115V single-phase power, and a switch that lets it run as a standard oven; the cabinet base adds storage. With stainless front/sides, removable cast-iron grates, manual gas shut-off, and optional casters or door base, it fits busy banquet, restaurant, or institutional cooklines where one range has to cover sauté, grill, and oven work in one station.
