PH Series Heated Food Transport Cabinets are designed to hold and transport cooked food warm and ready for serving. PH Series heated transport carts have the model option PH125. The PH125 heated transport cart has a pan capacity of 5 pans in 12”×20”×2.5” format. The cabinets are constructed of sanitary stainless steel and feature a top-mounted heating system with dial controls and blower heat for even air flow throughout the cabinet. The cart has an all-welded, turned-in seam stainless steel construction. The PH125, PH128, and PH129 heated transport carts have a 1000-watt electrical rating. The PH125, PH128, and PH129 heated transport carts operate at 120 volts. The PH125, PH128, and PH129 heated transport carts are single phase. The PH125, PH128, and PH129 heated transport carts operate at 60 Hz.
