Southbend Ultimate Series model 4602AC-3CL_LP is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range with a cabinet base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base, so it fits the larger, high-volume range category rather than a compact line unit. The cooktop has four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy grates plus a 36" left-side charbroiler, for a 236,000 BTU propane setup that needs 3-phase, 115V power for the oven motor and battery spark ignition. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it suited to busy restaurants and prep-heavy kitchens that want burner, broiler, and oven capacity in one floor unit.
