Bakers Pride EP series ovens have a 300°F lowest stated pizza thermostat setting. The EP-1-8-3836, EP-2-8-3836, and EP-3-8-3836 ovens are 55 in (1397 mm) wide overall. The double-unit EP-2-8-3836 and EP-2-8-5736 ovens are 66 in (1676 mm) high overall, including 30 in (762 mm) legs. All six listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens are 43 in (1092 mm) deep overall. The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space. The oven exteriors are heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
