Imperial® Pro Series IR-4-G48T-EW is a 72" electric freestanding range with two standard ovens, a 48" thermostatic griddle, and four sealed wafer elements, so it fits the heavy-duty floor-range category for busy commercial kitchens. It runs on 208V, 3-phase power at 37.6 kW/115A, with a 36"W x 35.875"D x 42"H footprint and 6" legs with adjustable feet; 480V is available as an option. Key differences are the 650°F wafer plates, infinite heat controls, 3.25" stainless landing ledge, sealed elements, and oven interiors sized for standard sheet pans, making it suited to high-volume line cooking, griddling, and batch oven work.
