The KELS Full Jacket Electric Steam Tri-Leg Kettle's listed electrical operation options are rated 50/60 Hz. The KELS-20F kettle capacity is 20 gallons (76 liters). 18KW, 220V, 3PH. The KELS kettle's listed 220 VAC operating options are specified for 50/60 Hz. The food-contact interior liner of the KELS kettle is standard 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. The KELS kettle is standard with a 2-inch (50 mm) sanitary draw-off valve. The controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve and low water shut off. Construction shall be all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304.
