The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option N is None. 36 inches wide. gas type: propane. Thermostatic griddle control provides a griddle surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. For use in noncombustible locations only.
