The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option C is Cabinet. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has two burners. Thermostatic griddle control provides a griddle surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. gas type: propane. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each Southbend sectional unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in.
