The P48-PPPP plancha griddle range section is rated at 64,000 BTU NAT input. The P48-PPPP sectional range is 48 inches wide. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle plate is 1/2 inch thick. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle sectional range has four burners. The 48-inch sectional range with plancha griddle has manual control knobs for its cast iron burners. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle range uses battery spark ignition. The plancha griddle's reinforced steel plate is powered by cast iron burners and provides fast preheat and recovery time. Its high-heat zone, with maximum temperatures of 800°F, is located on the front two-thirds of the plate for quick searing; temperatures decrease on the rear one-third for product finishing. The exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, with a fully insulated lining and burner box.
