The Middleby/Jade Range Bistro JBR-36B-36 is a 36" freestanding gas restaurant range built as a charbroiler with a standard oven, not a convection or combi unit. It runs on natural gas at 120,000 BTU total, with heavy-duty cast iron top grates and radiants, infinite-control manual gas valves at each burner, a 14-gauge welded body, and a 12-gauge firebox; the 36" x 31" x 36" footprint and 600-lb weight put it in a floor-mounted, full-line commercial class for indoor use. It includes one chrome oven rack, a cool-zone oven control layout, two 14-gauge drip pans, stainless steel gas tubing, 6" adjustable legs, and a 3/4" gas regulator, making it suited to high-volume grill and oven service where broiling and basic baking are both needed.
