Southbend PE36T-HHH is a 36" freestanding sectional electric range with a TruVection oven base, aimed at high-volume commercial kitchens that want a custom battery line. It has three 5.3 kW hot plates with individual controls, thermostatic surface control from 250°F to 850°F, 208V/3PH power, and a dedicated circuit, so it’s a heavy-duty electric choice rather than a compact low-volume unit. The 100% stainless steel construction, insulated lining/burner box, removable stainless grease drawer, and 5" flue riser are the key build-and-service details, and at 45.5" W x 55" D x 45" H and 675 lb it’s a substantial floor unit for indoor use only.
