The PCHG60 convection oven is a double-deck assembly. The PCHG60 convection oven assembly contains two separate ovens. The PCHG60S/S and PCHG60S/T models are listed with a gas input of 60,000 BTU. Each deck of the PCHG60 convection oven is rated at 30,000 BTU … for NAT. The Touchscreen controls have a digital display showing time and temperature. A fan cycle timer pulses the fan. Recipes can be created and used in oven group “Rack” mode to cook multiple items at once on different timers. The Touchscreen-control PCHG60S/T temperature controller range starts at 150°F. The Touchscreen-control PCHG60S/T temperature controller range ends at 550°F. Each oven in the PCHG60 double-deck assembly has 11 rack positions. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. voltage: 120. The standard PCHG60 electrical supply draws a maximum of 7.9 A per deck.
