The P32A-TT sectional-range model configuration has a thermostatic griddle. The P32A-GG and P32A-TT model configurations each have a convection-oven base. The Southbend P32A-GG and P32A-TT models have a natural-gas input of 125,000 BTU/hour. The 32-inch sectional range's gas burners use battery spark ignition. The range's exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The 1-inch-thick griddle plate has side and rear splashers. The convection oven interior measures 26 inches wide. The convection oven interior measures 14 inches high. The convection oven interior measures 24 inches deep. The convection oven has five rack positions. The thermostatic griddle's lowest stated surface-temperature setting is 180°F. The thermostatic griddle's highest stated surface-temperature setting is 400°F.
