The ETP-10E electric atmospheric steamer has two cooking compartments. The ETP-10E compartment holds 5 pans sized 12 in × 20 in × 2-1/2 in deep. The ETP-10E compartment holds 3 pans sized 12 in × 20 in × 4 in deep. The ETP-10E compartment holds 9 pans sized 12 in × 20 in × 1 in deep. The ETP-10E has separate controls for each cooking compartment. The ETP-10E requires 20 kW for the entire unit. phase: 3 phase. voltage: 220. The Eco-Tech Plus cooking compartments and cabinet are stainless steel with unitized body construction.
