Value Carter Heated Banquet Cart. 230V, 1PH. The BB150E banquet carter has a plate capacity of 180 with “C” carriers. The BB150E banquet carter has a plate capacity of 150 with “P” carriers. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters preheat to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 20 minutes. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters are capable of heating to 200°F (94°C). All stainless steel construction; 20 gauge polished exterior and 24 gauge interior. Completely welded double wall cabinet construction with outer cabinet formed and welded to base. All seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. The cabinet has 1” thick, high-density continuous wrap-around type fiberglass insulation with 1 1/2” thickness on top. The stainless steel heating system is removable without tools and has a 1600 watt Inconel-sheathed heating element, high-impedance protection, an internally cooled fan motor, a full-range thermostat, and a power-indicating light. The BB150E banquet carter is 28-1/2 in (724 mm) deep. The BB150E banquet carter is 63-3/8 in (1610 mm) high.
