The PCVE-2 electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. Each PCVE-2 and PCVDE-2 double-deck model includes two oven decks. The PCVE-2 and PCVDE-2 ovens have a 208 V electrical rating in the three-phase, 50/60-Hz configuration listed with 30 A per oven. 5 oven racks included. The oven has 10 rack positions. 2-speed fan switch controls bake or roast. Audible buzzer lets you know when the cooking cycle is complete. The ovens have a stainless steel exterior, except for the back; the exterior reflects a quality, professional look for exhibition cooking. The ovens have welded and finished seams and stainless steel legs.
