The Doyon 2T3 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has three decks. Each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven holds two 18 × 26 in full-size sheet pans. The stone interior of each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven is 3/4 inch thick. The Doyon 2T3 oven is NSF certified. The Doyon 2T3 oven's control is programmable. The Doyon 2T3 oven has a touchscreen control interface. Each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven has an independent steam tank.
