The KEMTL-SB mixer kettle is floor-standing. The KEMTL-100 has a capacity of 100 gallons (380 liters). The Southbend KEMTL kettle is electrically operated. The KEMTL-100 mixer kettle has a standard available electrical power rating of 24 kW. 24KW_208V_3PH. The Southbend KEMTL kettle thermostat range is 140°F to 285°F (60°C to 140°C). Kettle controls shall include a power switch, indicator light, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and low water shut off. The Southbend KEMTL kettle liner is made of 316 stainless steel. The Southbend KEMTL kettle's steam jacket extends around the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The Southbend KEMTL kettle has a self-generating closed steam system. Construction shall be welded stainless steel type 304 satin finish. Two agitators shall be included, a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator, and a secondary high speed mixer.
