The PyroCentric open burner is a 32,000 BTU (9 KW) anti-clogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr (2 KW) low-simmer feature and two flame rings for even heating. The standing pilot on each PyroCentric open burner provides instant ignition. Front grates measure 12 in x 12 in (305 x 279 mm) … back grates measure 12 in x 13 in (305 x 330 mm). The upper burner box is stainless steel, and top grate supports are provided at the front and rear. The grates are cast iron for a long service life. Control knobs are durable cast aluminum. The Imperial Gas Pro Series 60″ range is 60 in wide.
