Gas Ranges
Full-Width Charbroiler. A natural-gas (NAT) configuration is available for the Southbend Platinum Series 12-inch sectional range. The P12C-C configuration has a cabinet base. The sectional range has a total gas input of 32,000 BTU per hour when configured for NAT. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel.
