The Lang R36C-M* Series electric range in ATCM configuration uses two switches to control the French plates. fuel type: electric. voltage: 480. The Lang R36C-M* Series convection oven holds up to six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The range has separate, independent controls for multi-function cooking. The oven uses Incoloy-sheathed heating elements and has a heavy-duty, left-hinged door with a positive latch. The range has two-piece modular construction. The R36C range must be installed under an approved ventilation hood.
