The Globe SP40 planetary floor mixer's attachment hub is size #12. Standard accessories include a 40 qt stainless steel bowl (#304 series), aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum spiral dough hook, and non-slip rubber feet. The mixer has a rigid cast iron body. The mixer uses a gear-driven, high-torque transmission with heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts; the transmission is permanently lubricated and has thermal overload protection. The mixer has a removable stainless steel, interlocking bowl guard with a built-in fully welded ingredient chute, and an interlocked bowl lift. The mixer has last-batch recall. The Globe SP40 planetary floor mixer has a digital timer. The Globe SP40 planetary floor mixer has a timer with a duration of 60 minutes. The mixer has three fixed speeds.
