The Ultra-Max electric griddle is an electric countertop griddle. Ultra-Max electric griddle model 760 has a listed electrical input of 21.8 kW. 208V, 3PH. require two electrical connections. draws 36.2 A on each 3φ line L1, L2, and L3 at 208 V on connection C1. draws 36.2 A on 3φ line L2 at 208 V on connection C2. Ultra-Max electric griddle model 760 draws 18.2 A on 3-phase line L1 at 208 V through connection C2. draws 18.2 A on 3-phase line L3 at 208 V through connection C2. Each 12-inch (305 mm) section of the Ultra-Max electric griddle has its own independent temperature control. The Ultra-Max electric griddle uses electric snap-action thermostats for temperature control. The Ultra-Max electric griddle plate is 1 inch (25 mm) thick. The Ultra-Max electric griddle has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base.
