Southbend Platinum Series P36N-ISS is a 36" modular electric induction sectional with two 12" hobs, rated at 7 kW total with (2) 3,500-watt induction elements. It is a countertop/refrigerated-base/freezer-base unit for indoor commercial use, with field-wired power, professional installation, 100% stainless steel construction, CERAN glass top, LED power level indicators, removable 12" elements, drip tray, and an automatic infrared shut-off sensor to prevent overheating. At 36" W x 37.5" D x 19" H, it suits a compact cookline or battery where a modular induction section is needed rather than a larger floor-range format.
