The listed 60-inch shallow-depth Bistro ranges are classified as heavy-duty. gas input btu: 288000. Natural gas operating pressure is a minimum of 5 inches W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. The Bistro range's open-top burners are made of cast iron. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The convection oven is to have a 14-gauge stainless steel interior and one chrome-plated oven rack, with wires curled around the main frame. A 1/3 HP 115/60/1 blower motor is provided. The convection oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. The convection oven's listed interior depth is 20-1/2" in each of the two dimension sets. The convection oven's listed interior height is 13-1/2" in each of the two dimension sets.
