HDC-18-316L. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is described as radiant. The HDC-18-316L has 3 burners. The Counterline charbroiler has 316L stainless steel radiants. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler grates are removable. The Counterline charbroiler has two-position cooking grids. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent control of the flame. The front, rear, sides and bottom panels are constructed of 316L stainless steel. The sides are reinforced and fully insulated. The rear and side splash are 5 inches high. gas type: natural gas. The Counterline charbroiler has a 3/4-inch rear gas connection. All units require a regulated gas supply. Pressure regulator included. Each HDC-18-316L, HDC-24-316L, and HDC-36-316L unit must be installed under a vented hood.
