Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment has nine rack positions. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control uses solid-state control technology. The CTB/CTBR oven is supplied with a 60-minute timer. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
