The AGP60 Series fryer has an oil capacity of 50–60 lb. gas input btu: 80000. The propane configuration requires store supply pressure of 11–13 in. w.c. (27.4 mbars / 2.7 kPa). The tank is stainless-steel construction; the cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. A drain-valve interlock safety system turns the heat off to help prevent the oil from scorching or overheating; the fryer also has a high-temperature safety limit switch.
