Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4604DD-5R_LP is a 60" freestanding commercial gas range with a standard oven base, set up for propane and built for high-volume kitchen use. It has a 401,000 BTU total input, removable cast-iron grate tops, standing pilot open burners, battery spark oven ignition, a front manual gas shut-off, and two standard ovens with 45,000 BTU each, 175°F–550°F thermostat range, and full-size pan capacity both ways.
