This Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range is a heavy-duty open-top/star burner unit with two convection oven bases, built for high-volume line cooking and baking. It runs on propane with 394,000 total BTU, uses (10) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners plus (2) 32,000 BTU convection ovens, and has a 60.75" x 44.5" footprint with a 59.5" height, so it fits the large floor-range class rather than a compact cookline piece.
