The Imperial IHR-2FT model has French tops in its top configuration. The supplied top on Imperial IHR-2FT range models consists of two French tops. Each French top in the Imperial IHR-2FT model's French-top configuration is 18 inches in size. The French tops use circular cast-iron rings and lift-off covers, with the rings directly over the burners. Pans can be placed directly on the intense open flame when the covers are removed. Temperatures gradually reduce toward the rear of each top for simmering. Each top burner on IHR-2FT models is rated at 35,000 BTU/hr (10 kW). Each French-top burner has manual controls. gas type: natural gas. gas input btu: 110000. The standard oven has a burner baffle that distributes heat flow to provide even temperatures throughout the oven cavity. The stainless steel seams are welded and polished.
