IR-4-E. Category: Electric Ranges. The IR-4-E and IR-4-E-XB electric ranges each have four top elements. The round plate elements are 9” (229 mm) in diameter for maximum pan contact. The round plate elements have infinite heat controls. A baffle above the element distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures throughout the 5.3 KW oven. A splatter screen protects the element from spills. One chrome oven rack is included; the oven holds two racks. The standard oven has a thermostatic control. The IR-4-E range is rated for 480* V supply at 3 phase. The IR-4-E range has total electrical input of 15.7 kW at 480* V, 3 phase. The IR-4-E range draws 19 A at 480* V, 3 phase. The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate.
