The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 10 12-inch by 20-inch pans simultaneously. Each oven unit is electric heated. Each oven unit has a temperature range of 150°F to 450°F. The powerful rear-mounted blower has a two-speed motor and pulse capability for preparing delicate foods. The Accu-Plus control package uses simple knob-set time and temperature controls.
