Imperial’s IR-4-G48T-EW is a 72"-wide freestanding electric range in the Pro Series, combining four sealed wafer electric elements with a 48" thermostatic griddle over two standard ovens. It’s a high-capacity floor model for busy commercial kitchens: 240V, 3-phase, 37.6 kW/98A, with a large 3.25" stainless landing ledge, 650°F wafer plates, infinite heat controls, and a grease trough with removable can. The ovens have porcelainized interiors, chrome rack support for standard sheet pans, and the unit requires professional installation plus dedicated circuit and clearances; 480V is also available.
