The Southbend P18-C 18-inch sectional range is offered in the P18N-C modular-mount configuration. The P18-C sectional range has a full-width charbroiler section on its supplied top. Each burner on the P18-C sectional range has a 24,000 BTU input rating on NAT gas. The P18-C sectional range has a total gas input of 48,000 BTU per hour on NAT. The P18-C sectional range's burners have one high/low control knob. The range has removable cast iron grates with an adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range has stainless steel burner radiants. The range's front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The P18-C sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. The required minimum gas supply pressure is 7 in. W.C. for natural gas. All P18-C sectional units require a regulated gas supply.
