SELV14C-3/FD. Triple Fryer System w/Filter. 12 Button Computer Control. fuel type: electric. input kw: 51. The SELV14 17 kW fryer has a 30 lb (14.7 liter) oil capacity. Each SELV14 or SELV14T fryer requires its own separate power supply. SELV14 and SELV14T fryers have a four-wire-plus-ground conductor arrangement for three-phase Y supply. The Solstice filter drawer system uses a simple two-step filtration process; its 3 in (7.6 cm) drain lines have a curved drain spout that virtually eliminates splashing, and the spout swivels for oil disposal. It has a 4.5 gpm (17.0 LPM) filter pump, a filtered-oil return fitting to help clean the frypot bottom, a stainless steel filter pan, rear wheels for handling, and a self-storing filter pan lid. The standard features include easy lift-out immersion elements for easy cleanup; a FILTER SOON production monitor that tracks cooking activity per frypot and indicates when filtration is needed; a 35 lb JIB holder and low JIB indicator; a stainless steel tank; a stainless steel cabinet front, door, and sides; a 1-1/4 in (3.2 cm) full-port drain valve; mercury-free heating contactors; and 9 in (22.9 cm) adjustable legs for leveling the fryer. The SELV14(X) fryer configurations are shown with an overall width of 46 7/8 in (119.1 cm) for the three-fryer assembly.
