IHR-GT24-2-E. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished 3/4 in (19 mm) steel plate. Even heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. It has a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleaning; the large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The chef-depth standard oven interior accommodates standard 18 in × 26 in (457 × 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The electric round plate elements are sealed 2.6 kW round plate elements with an easy-to-clean surface. They provide a solid flat surface for fast, even heating; the 9 in (229 mm) diameter plates provide maximum pan contact; and the solid top prevents spills from entering the unit, making clean-up easy. The electric round plate elements have infinite heat controls. The standard oven has a high-performance 5 kW element that provides even heating throughout the oven interior. A unique baffle above the element distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures throughout the 5 kW oven, and a splatter screen protects the element from spills. The standard oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining. … Its stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while optimizing heat retention. The IHR-GT24-2-E range has a total electrical output of 18.5 kW. The IHR-GT24-2-E range draws 56 A at 208 V, 3 phase. The IHR-GT24-2-E range has a listed voltage of 208 V for its 3-phase electrical configuration. Use is only on non-combustible floors; legs or casters are required for non-combustible floors, or a 2 1/4 in (57 mm) overhang is required when curmbounted.
