It runs on propane at 286,000 total BTUs and has a 60.75" x 34" footprint, so it fits a full production kitchen rather than a compact line, with stainless front and sides, standing pilots on the burners, battery spark oven ignition, and a factory-installed regulator/manual gas shut-off.
