The UCPMDG2-64L automatic cooker supports cooking in Program mode. The UCPMDG2-64L automatic cooker uses gas as its fuel. The UCPMDG2-64L automatic cooker has automatic ignition. The UCPMDG2-64L automatic cooker automatically maintains the water level in its vat. The UCPMDG2-64L automatic cooker has a starch-skimming function. The automatic cooker has a stainless-steel AISI 316 cooking vessel (thickness 30/10) and a perforated stainless-steel AISI 316 basket (thickness 15/10); the basket has electric tilting. It also has a balanced AISI 304 stainless-steel lid (thickness 10/10), an AISI 304 stainless-steel supporting structure (thickness 20–30/10), glass-fibre panel heat insulation, and a fine-satin-finish AISI 304 stainless-steel outer cover (thickness 10/10). The Panel Board Functions include an ON/OFF switch, a resistive 7-inch touch screen, keys for moving the basket, selection of two cooking modes with working-temperature settings or minimum/maximum heating, cooking-type and time setting, creating and editing cooking programs, delayed cooking, language settings, and selection of measurement units. The cooker’s display shows the cooking type, probe temperatures and set temperature, heating-operation visual alarm, and time remaining in the cycle; it also signals insufficient water, absence of gas, and a gas-control-unit reset message, and provides self-diagnostics. The cooker’s safety system includes an emergency button and interrupts heating when there is insufficient water in the vat. The cooker’s electronic board automatically activates heating at least 2 °C before the setpoint and interrupts heating if the water level is too low.
