KDMTL-100-2 … mixer kettle is a tilting kettle. The KDMTL-40-2, KDMTL-60-2, KDMTL-80-2 and KDMTL-100-2 kettles are specified as twin kettles. Each kettle of the KDMTL-100-2 has a capacity of 100 gal (380 liters). The KDMTL-40-2, KDMTL-60-2, KDMTL-80-2 and KDMTL-100-2 mixer kettles use direct steam. The direct-steam supply pressure for the KDMTL-40-2, KDMTL-60-2, KDMTL-80-2 and KDMTL-100-2 mixer kettles is specified as a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa). The direct-steam supply pressure for the KDMTL-40-2, KDMTL-60-2, KDMTL-80-2 and KDMTL-100-2 mixer kettles is specified as a maximum of 30 PSI. The standard hydraulic power supply options for the KDMTL-40-2, KDMTL-60-2, KDMTL-80-2 and KDMTL-100-2 mixer kettles are 3 phase. The mixer is a variable speed unit powered by a 5 hp electric motor driving a hydraulic pump. The console front is to have the main power switch, mixer lift switch and variable speed control. The construction shall be welded stainless steel, type 304, satin finish. Two agitators shall be included, a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator, and a secondary high speed mixer.
