The Southbend KEPS-20F/30F/40F/60F steam kettle is a pedestal kettle. The KEPS-60F kettle has a capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). The Southbend KEPS-F kettle heats through a steam jacket surrounding the kettle. The Southbend KEPS-F steam kettle has a self-generating steam system. The 33 kW, 3-phase, 208 V electrical configuration draws 91.6 amps per line. The controls include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel. The interior liner is standard with 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. The Southbend KEPS-F kettle is NSF certified.
