It runs on propane at 318,000 total BTU, with two 45,000 BTU standard ovens that have standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and thermostat control from 175°F to 550°F; each oven takes full-size pans and includes one rack. The 60.75" x 34" body in stainless steel with removable cast-iron grates, manual gas shut-off, and factory regulator is suited to high-volume line cooking and grill service in full-service restaurants or institutional kitchens.
